Studying in the library
I can’t focus much at home as there are always too many distractions so I study in the library. During the week, I prefer studying in St George’s Library – which is close to the department and is mostly for engineers. I also go to the Information Commons, which is the university’s main library, every weekend for longer study sessions. There are plenty of study spaces with computers or without and flexible spaces for team work. It is open 24 hours a day so even if a coursework deadline is close it will be open for studying. During the break, I go to the café downstairs and grab a drink with a friend or a cup of their famous soups to warm up during winter!
