Society Afternoons - Engineers Without Borders
A Wednesday afternoon is great for societies as most people are free. I have joined Engineering Without Borders, where we split into groups to work on a real project. Our project uses pedal power to create electricity and my team is working on programming the Raspberry Pi – which I’d never attempted before but is now being taught in schools.
I have also joined the ACSE society, I’d recommend every student join their society to offer support and to help arrange activities to get to know your course mates.
